For the next two weeks I will be out of the country on a very special retreat. The venue in Sri Lanka has been chosen for its beautiful, ancient and spiritual exclusiveness. It is perched on the edge of the Indian Ocean and the literal translation of the venues name is from the ancient Sanskrit word for "the creator of gems".
The retreat promises a chance to be nurtured with healing powers of calmness and space, the environment is perfect for rejuvenating a tired soul and at the moment, I am tired and need a little rejuvenating. I hope to commune with new wildlife including birds and elephants. Swim in the Indian Ocean and spend time reflecting and participating in High Dimensional Meditation.
I am going to hone my skills in meditation, yoga, relaxation and mindfulness as well as learning about the Buddhist culture and beliefs. I hope to be soaking up the local culture, extend my learning and understanding of myself and others in an attempt to be able to bring back these skills to my practice with you, my clients. Those already with me and those I have yet to meet.
So please do contact me if you wish to see me but you may not get a reply until the end of January when I will return refreshed, rejuvenated and with a new vitality and spirit ready to start 2018.
